Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T2

Sony DSC-T2The Sony CyberShot DSC-T2 (announced Oct’07) is an 8.1 megapixel point-and-shoot digital camera with 4GB of internal memory, 3x optical zoom lens (35mm equivalent: 38 – 114 mm), ISO setting from 80-3200, and 2.7″ LCD touch screen.

The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-T2 features optical image stabilization, USB 2.0 and has a sliding cover with a retracting lens. It also features Sony’s ‘smile shutter’ which looks for smiles and will take images without you having to press the shutter. It comes in green, blue, pink, white and black. It takes Memory Stick Duo and Pro Duo cards but also has a massive 4 gigabytes of internal memory (which Sony says will hold 40,000 images on it)! The camera measures86.8 x 56.8 x 20.2mm and weighs 129g.  Continue reading

Sony Alpha DSLR A700

The Sony Alpha DSLR A700 is a 12.2 megapixel (CMOS) DSLR camera from Sony (announced September’07) featuring a new 23.5 x 15.6 mm (APS-C type) CMOS sensor, Sony Alpha mount; compatible with Minolta A-type bayonet mount.

It features dust and moisture resistance, magnesium aluminum casing, IONZ image processor, ISO100 – 3200 equivalent, super steadyshot (analogue and digital stabilization) and HDMI output for high quality playback on HD TVs. Optional battery grip, Wireless Flash support, and a 3″ LCD screen. The camera measures Approx. 141.7 x 104.8 x 79.7 mm and weighs Approx. 690 g.

The Sony Alpha A700 has an 11 point auto focussing system, 0.9x viewfinder (95% frame coverage) and shoots at up to 1/8000 second (up to 18 frames per second shooting).  Continue reading

The SONY Cyber-shot DSC-T200 has a shutter speed range of 1"-1/1000, ISO range of 80 to 3200, optical image stabilization and comes in Red, Black and Silver. The camera measures 93.5 x 59.3 x 20.4 mm, weighs 160g and available in black, red and silver. Continue reading

It features: a 10x optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens (38-380mm) with optical image stabilization, face detection (auto exposure, focussing, white balance and flash), HD Output, ISO 100-3200, and a 2.5″ 115K Pixels TFT LCD Screen.
